Daisy Trujillo doesn't do her job as an apartment manager at Sunset trails. Corporate puts bandaids on everything. Might as well find a place with an active manager that actually cares. I asked the apartment manager why my apartment wasn't repaired after 2 months of waiting and she had the nerve to have an attitude with me. Manuela has horrible customer service and needs more training as a receptionist. She has not phone etiquette or decorum. But there’s no wonder why they have a 2.1 stars and so do their properties 🤷♀️
Slumlords? No, Bumlords! I had a defective toilet that kept recycling and ran gallons of water on the floor causing damage to the walls. Mind you, I was on my 1st 4 months of housing and if you lose your apartment within the 1st year, you lose housing. So, I called HCA (Corporate) and explained how it recycled and ran out the water. I told them it must have happened when my son used the restroom. The lady on the phone, blamed it on my son, saying that he kept flushing it.
