If I could give 0 stars I would. The worst management possibly ever created. My kitchen sink at penthouse apartments kept backing up for no reason at all. I would be sitting on my couch & my sink would be flooding to the top. I reached out to maintenance to fix the issue but of course the issue was not fixed. This has been a non stop issue causing my dishes to infected with dirty sewage water & I’m pretty sure no one wants to eat out of that. Welp now my kitchen sink flooded my whole kitchen. Daisy Trujillo doesn't do her job as an apartment manager at Sunset trails. Corporate puts bandaids on everything. Might as well find a place with an active manager that actually cares. I asked the apartment manager why my apartment wasn't repaired after 2 months of waiting and she had the nerve to have an attitude with me. I wish someone would tell the truth and just say this unit needs work and move us to another unit. But instead we have floods, ruined furniture etc and nothing is done. Manuela has horrible customer service and needs more training as a receptionist. She has not phone etiquette or decorum. But there’s no wonder why they have a 2.1 stars and so do their properties 🤷♀️
