The reviews this company has absolutely check out. Here is the review I put on the Arbors Apartments that they own: I should have taken the reviews as a sign. The Arbors Apartments itself has some very nice ladies working for it in the leasing office. However, when I gave my notice in advance of leaving, I got very little communication on how to proceed. If I could give 0 stars I would. The worst management possibly ever created. My kitchen sink at penthouse apartments kept backing up for no reason at all. I would be sitting on my couch & my sink would be flooding to the top. I reached out to maintenance to fix the issue but of course the issue was not fixed. This has been a non stop issue causing my dishes to infected with dirty sewage water & I’m pretty sure no one wants to eat out of that. Welp now my kitchen sink flooded my whole kitchen.
