Very polite and friendly! They give out free gardening gloves in the beginning of the season! One of the girls in the office even came out to help me shovel my stones.
We ordered 5 yards of screen topsoil, when the driver dropped it off he apologized on how clumpy it was. We called the store and the owner was rude and said " learn to use a shovel and work with it" I explained that the clumps were bigger than my foot and he said to bad nothing he would do. I explained again how unhappy I was and asked if there was anything he could do for us, he replied "you drive over and I will give you $5 otherwise just work with it and stop wasting his time".
