Hank and his crew have done many jobs, small and large for our family and our church. Hank has always been prompt, fair and professional. We highly recommend him!
I needed a water main valve replaced. Hank K**** called the City of Berea water dept. to turn off the water to the house and left to get parts. While they were gone, the city repaired the valve for FREE and left. Hank K**** never told me the city would do the repair for free and was going to charge me$135.00 for the repair. Buyers beware of this company.
I called Hank Klink to help fix and leak and they asked that I turn off the water main prior to beginning. When I did, the shut-off valve broke and needed to be replaced. They called Berea Water to shut off the water to the house and left to get some parts. While gone, Berea water fixed the shut-off for FREE and left. Hank Klink never notified me that the city would take care of this repair and wanted to charge me $135.00.
