Hank was a pleasure to work with! I'm a first time buyer, and I was very grateful that he explained everything so well to me so I could understand all aspects of the process. Buying a condo was a scary thing for me, and everything moved so fast, but I knew I was in good hands! I was definitely able to trust him. We're first time owners of a co-op condo and Hank made it possible! There was so much coordination needed to pull it off between the seller, HOA board, lender, and escrow. Hank guided us through the process with warmth and professionalism, while any questions or concerns we had were answered diligently. Whether it was an issue over a parking spot or a mistake on the closing contract, he reached out to whoever needed to be contacted to sort it out. I can't recommend Hank Foo highly enough for helping us!
Hank was a great partner to us. We are first-time home buyers and didn't understand the process or what to expect. Hank guided us the entire way through (even after) - explaining, negotiating, following up, providing honest advice, which was refreshing. Even stayed on the deal through the holidays which we are so grateful for. Also, Co-ops are tricky and he got us through the MANY hoops there. Overall, we feel very lucky and would hands down work with Hank again.
