Not happy at all First of all this establishment is beyond horrible. I had so many issues with this particular jeweler .The first time I called a woman was the store manager who did nothing The second issue I complained about an issue a man was the store manager. This last time they not only bent my prongs but they also cracked my diamond that was a family heirloom. Above and Beyond Everytime!! I have purchased my fiancee engagement ring, and she's always getting rave reviews (makes me look great!!, Thanks guys!!) Although they did all the work putting together the style and look from an description I gave them. They really take great pride in selling top quality and great looking jewelry. I have since gone back and purchased a diamond bracelet, wedding bands, and a diamond cross pendent from them. I've actually purchased something from each of them.. there all great!!
Very Satisfied My husband bought my diamond engagement ring and wedding band at Haniken's. We dealt with Brian who was upbeat, knowledgable and was a real pleasure to work with. After some bargaining, we got a good deal on the set. I've been married for 1.5 years now and I still get compliments on how beautiful my ring is! Thank you Brian.
