The Dr.is great but good luck getting through her gate keeping staff. I needed some help. It says you will receive a response in 2-3 days- try 10-14 days. There are no video visits, no phone visits, that can be scheduled on the portal. I had a call scheduled based on a message and then the gatekeeping staff told me I needed to reschedule. I could not reschedule that day and had to argue with staff until I got the dr. The staff working here seriously need some kind of customer service training.
