Great experience overall renting with Hanging Out, maintenance requests are quickly addressed and the management did a great job communicating any issues or concerns with me throughout my lease. Would have renewed with them if I didn’t have to relocate, 10/10 experience, would rent with them again!

Can't say enough good things about the Hanging Out team - they're the best landlords we've ever had. They're super easy to work with and great communicators (shout out to Rob). The maintenance team is great and quick to come out if you need them, including on New Years Day (shout out and big thanks to Freddie and Jaime).
Absolutely hands down the best rental experience I've ever had! The unit was charming and well maintained, fairly priced, management extremely responsive and friendly, and the maintenance team was super quick. I really felt at home during my 2+ years renting. I genuinely feel so lucky I landed with them when I moved to Chicago. 10/10 recommend, they really care for their tenants!
I’ve rented in Chicago for over 10 years, and Hanging Out has been BY FARRRRRR my FAVORITE COMPANY TO WORK WITH! They are caring, friendly, accommodating, and fast responders! I can’t speak to their other properties, but I LOVE MINE! Also, they just launched a subsidized wifi program and I’m saving so much money! In all, highly HIGHLY recommend!
