Do you really care so little about your patrons and their property to confirm that you indeed have their things, going so far as to describe it and promising to keep it safe until they pick it up a day later, only to shrug your shoulders when they do come the next day and say "well it was here yesterday"? This is outrageous and management has been even less helpful! You should all be ashamed of yourselves!!!
