I am DONE with Hangers of Hope in Tyler. What an absolute disgrace of a "thrift store." They claim to help the community, but all I see is a cash grab on the backs of good-hearted people who donate their stuff FOR FREE. I walked in recently, excited to browse, and walked right back out empty-handed. Why? Because they are SEVERELY overpriced. I saw a basic, nothing-special hutch priced at $700! Are you kidding me?! Very good selection but yet another place which has forgotten its identity and customer base. This is a thrift store. Prices for mid brands and up are outrageous.

Personally, hangers of hope used to be bomb, but I don’t know what happened 2025 hit and so did the prices I’ve came here like seven times and the workers look up an item and charge half of the original price . These are donations so they don’t buy these things - we are buying them and they are just overpriced and the workers are rude when you question the prices they’re like “oh this is “” brand so it’s worth that “ why is a pair of old jeans $20 at a DONATIONS store

Hangers of Hope on loop 323, Tyler, Tx. Prices are way too high. The store is totally disorganized. Short sleeve and long sleeve shirts mixed together and good luck finding the size where it is supposed to be. The book department is a mess. It used to be a pleasure to shop here. Now it is worse than a low class Good Will.
