Front Desk girl named “ Colby “ Rude. Doesn’t even care about the patient. Just shuts you down completely over the phone. Very disrespectful . Where the heck is her customer service at ? She doesn’t care about what experience you had at the clinic. I told her I was looking for the Supervisor so I can let them know how she treated me over the phone and she laughed and said “ yeah, that was me “ If you hate your job why work there ?? Why the nasty tone ?
Hanger is the place to go. I've gotten two devices from them. Their staff is amazing, the devices are fantastic.
Exceptional service! Replaced a strap on a brace they didn’t supply. Very accommodating! I’d use them if I ever need to replace the brace!!
I took possession of my orthotics from Hanger on April 28th at the Olathe Kansas office. I was told that the orthotics would fit any of my other shoes. I bought 2 brand new shoes of the brand and style that the shoe the orthotics were fitted for, and the orthotics would not fit in the shoes. The most fabulous news in my life a new prosthesis about the Prosthetic on my amputation below my left knee and my insurance met my deductible however regional hospital of Overland park Kansas changed the deadline where I am covered to pay to a date on the 14th and The wonderful news is I am Granted a certain Hardship to cover the cost entirely by Hanger Clinic with Keaton.
