Pues la verdad aún no me atienden pero desde ya es una exagerado el tiempo de espera para la cita la hice el 09/15/2025 y que me la dan para que me atiendan en 11/13/2025 y a eso hay que esperar que hagan las plantillas, mientras tanto el dolor y la urgencia de lo que sea que tenga está ahí y no se puede solucionar.
I've decided after being a customer here for over 5 years. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, however, after reading all these reviews and experiencing the same treatment. I decided to kick them to the curb (pun intended). I'm at my podiatrist right looking to change to a different provider. I see great reviews from Mardsen's in the city of Whittier. My family member recommended them as well. Hasta la vista.
What are the worst places I’ve ever been to. They haven’t been answering service it takes messages but never returns your calls. I am a patient here and I will definitely not recommend this place. The Staff is either on the phone or sitting there doing their paperwork without answering the phones pathetic
How is this place still in business Ridiculous hold time, don't return messages, give your shoes to another customer
worst experience ever. With persons answering the phone without a word, They put you in a long hold and after good 30 minutes of holding an answering machine tell you to leave a VM. and never return the calls they deserved a lot of bad reviews
