We love Hanger Clinic! The Front office staff is amazing
We have been going to this specific Hangar Clinic location for years. With a rapidly growing child, it seems like we are always in need of new (bigger) braces. The staff is both accurate and efficient. Scheduling is a breeze; and they always ask if we need a school note. Given the sheer number of appointments we have to go to, I REALLY appreciate when an office gets you in on time, and out the door post haste. Our daughter had to be in a helmet for quite some time, and it was an absolute pleasure seeing Kim for our visits. She is very knowledgeable and so personable. She also helped our daughter get fitted for hand splints, a Benik vest, and AFOs over the past year. If you need to go to Hanger, we would recommend working with Kim!
It’s been about a year since my daughter was diagnosed with hip dysplasia and the great doctors at CTPO recommend seeing Kim Pfaff, bracing specialist located in the strictly pediatric building. Scared and unsure of the outcome, Kim communicated to my wife and I the options for bracing and what we should do to make sure the best possible outcome for my baby girl. Happy to say that experience is now behind us and my daughter is doing well. Thank you for making an unsettling situation it a great outcome.
I have been using this service for many years to help my son stay out of a wheelchair. He needs a combination of Orthotics and mobile equipment to ambulate. We have one person that takes good care of us at Hanger, Kimberley Pfaff, and keeps our equipment working. On several occasions they have squeezed us in for a quick fix.
