Be careful when going, called to schedule and was told that insurance should cover. Keyword should. Was only told after they fit the unit that it was not covered. 🤦♂️🤦♂️
I bring my son here to see the doctor. The staff here is very nice and polite. Not to mention patient. I absolutely love the Dr. Martin. He goes above and beyond with my son. He’s patient, answers all of our questions and never leaves any stone unturned. We never have to wonder or wonder. He’s very thorough. I highly recommend Dr. Martin and his staff!!
I just received excellent care and customer service from Chris Diliberto at Hanger! He went above and beyond with my drop foot brace (AFO), outer shoe lifts to my Hokas, and custom inserts for both feet. He always made sure I was happy with my product, aesthically and that it was physically comfortable. He understood my foot issues more than anyone has before and helped me find the best supports for both of my feet! In April (2025) Shana put in required documents with my insurance company for another socket. My insurance company told me the request for a new socket was approved on April 15,2025. Well, here we are June 23,2025, Hangar Clinic has no record of the approval. Someone "lost" the approval, so here I am, I can't hardly walk due to the pain in my stump from the amputation, all because someone "lost" the approval.
