I just went this morning with my wife even know that I was running late with her appointment . She let me know about the 15 minute grace period but her attitude was not welcoming at all what I want to let her know if it was a chance if someone will cancel they appointment I’ll wait but she was determined that we were been seen today or offer an alternative we went there to get my wife fit for a boot because the one that she has is big and very uncomfortable for her to keep using. I will never use this place again they don’t update you with anything I have literally called in every time to get updates for the last ten months then Jason made me some clay looking covers for my fingers that didn’t even fit I threw them in the garbage as soon as I left this building the first appointment I had with them he went on vacation as he accepted the appointment date I get there and they claimed to had try contact me to not come this place is seriously sad poor service I wasted 110 months of my life with them when... read more
All the employees I’ve interacted with at the Hanger Clinic on Sheffield were total gems! So kind, professional and helpful. My insurance denied a claim and they were able to get that approved in a timely manner. I also had a hard time getting a prescription from my podiatrist and they went above and beyond to help! They have a text option, and I was able to upload messages from my doctor to help clarify the situation a lot faster. I highly recommend this specific location because of the wonderful staff!
I have been a patient at Hanger Clinic since 2020. The front desk staff and prosthetists continue to impress me with their exceptional standard of care and friendliness. I have personally witnessed and experienced how they treat each person as an individual, carefully listening to our unique stories, concerns and goals. It is at the center of how the people at Hanger Clinic consistently deliver positive outcomes that improve the patient's everyday quality of life.
A couple months, I saw Claire Kilpatrick. Over all, I did not feel my experience there made any improvements. I'm not sure if they are understaffed. They seem very rude.
