Skip this place. They completely blew me off by trivializing my condition, which was very inappropriate. I don't think the person helping me was finished with their training, because they had to leave and ask for help multiple times. I was extremely unimpressed with the lack of knowledge, experience and tact.
I've been a duel AK amputee now since 2022. The Hanger staff at this location are literally the best in the world. My world for sure! I almost don't want to tell you about my prosthetist and technician because I want them all to myself. But please go see them. All the prosthetists and staff here, are there for you and want to see you succeed in whatever journey you're on. The admin staff. The prosthetists. The technicians etc. Truly amazing in all that they do. I'm lucky to have them. I'm walking again. Thank you!
My toddler was fitted for SMO's and night braces at the Westgate location with Lauren Martinez. Lauren made the process so easy and comfortable. She has such a calming presence and was amazing with a wriggly and unsure toddler. The front desk staff is also so welcoming. We love taking pictures with the seasonal decor at every visit.
Entire staff went above and beyond to get me exactly what I needed for my right leg below knee prosthetic. Customized my BKA right leg prosthetic (see picture). If you are tired of the rest, go with the best. Hangar Clinic.
UPDATE: Hanger reached out and helped me offset some of the costs. While I would have appreciated in-office handling of this, I appreciate their prompt ownership and action to this online feedback. As a general caution, I would still encourage anyone with year-end needs to account for significant lead times.
