Matt was great. He was able to fix a broken strap on my AFO purchased at another Hanger office years ago, plus replace some worn Velcro and answer questions I had. I’ve been using Hanger for 25 years (half a dozen locations) and this office surpasses the rest.

I couldn't have asked for a better customer service experience. I recently had special shoe inserts made and Matt went above and beyond from my first visit to my last when I picked up my inserts. Phenomenal customer experience. Extremely grateful and happy with how the shoe inserts turned out.
