I was referred to this clinic by Kaiser Permanente for treatment of neuropathy in my feet and was fitted for shoes and insoles by Aubrey Redwood. Aubrey was as impressive a medical professional as I have encountered. She was knowledgeable, skillful, kind, professional, patient and informative. I would recommend "doc" Aubrey to anyone who would benefit from orthopedic insoles.
I went in for a knee brace fitting and felt like I was being TOLD what kind of knee brace I was getting. I had mentioned how I liked low profile and the BOA system, so OSSUR really fit the bill for me. I have a few friends that wear them and love them. Well I guess it didn't matter, he ordered a giant double hinge townsend monstrosity. I was so frustrated during the visit that I wasn't being heard that I just let him talk and do his thing. Went to multiple hanger clinics over the last few years to get my AFO made and adjusted and this Hanger clinic so far is the only location that deserves 5 stars. After my accident I’ve needed to have my braces adjusted a few times and this place was the easiest yet. I came in. He fixed the multiple things that were wrong with my brace and they didn’t seem like it was a burden. I definitely recommend this location if you’re looking for a good Hanger Clinic.
Matt was great. He was able to fix a broken strap on my AFO purchased at another Hanger office years ago, plus replace some worn Velcro and answer questions I had. I’ve been using Hanger for 25 years (half a dozen locations) and this office surpasses the rest.
Could not be any happier with Hanger Clinic! Kate is PHENOMENAL! Extremely knowledgeable and patient! She truly goes the extra mile every time we visit!
