Have come here for years. Staff has always been caring, courteous and helpful. I drive almost 2 hours to get to my guy here and will continue to because they have always taken care of whatever I need.
My experience with this place has been nothing but excellent- everyone has been very helpful, professional and compassionate.
The front desk girls are lazy and incomptetant and snippy. They couldn't care less if you get what you need. Obviously they are just there for the pay check. Worst customer service ever. The guys who fit the boots are great, but it doesn't help after taking so long to get air casts. If you like being lied to this is the place to go!
