I would give Rodney 5 stars by himself if I could. Unfortunately, all the elements surrounding him leave a lot to be desired. From repeated cancellations & rescheduling within 24 hours of my appointment, to failing to submit claims to insurance in a timely manner, to an automated reminder system that fails to do anything but annoy (no options to get a callback, etc. as is standard these days), to a lack of an online payment portal in the year 2024 -- I'm simply disappointed. I have been a patient at the Sheffield office for a few years now, and over that period of time, what has stood out to me and separates them from other clinics is the staff's empathy and understanding of my journey. It goes beyond recommending a prosthetic or device. They motivate me to achieve beyond my self-imposed limitations. They caution me to approach things circumspectly when I impatient. Their investment in helping me to expand the parameters of my daily life consistently exceeds my expectations.
