I don't typically leave reviews, but I felt it was important to share our experience at this Hanger Clinic location. My baby underwent cranial helmet treatment here, and from the very beginning, we never truly felt welcomed. The atmosphere during our visits was consistently cold and impersonal. My wife is treated at this Hanger facility by Jeremy and could not be more pleased. Jeremy is very knowledgeable and patient and willing to help at any time. We highly recommend this clinic.
Jen has been amazing with our autistic son through the entire (& in the beginning very challenging) process of wearing a back brace for his severe scoliosis. Unfortunately we weren't able to avoid needing surgery which has been scheduled. But Jen has gone above & beyond with our son. She’s been funny, caring, sympathetic & related with him in his interests each time we've gone for appointments. At our last appointment our son said “I’m going to miss her”. Honestly, so will I.
These people are the worst. The front desk staff are rude and arrogant. The wait time is too long. They make the insurance claims take too long, so they'll make more money. And, on top of all that; I'm pretty sure my Prosthetist made my leg, so that the socket was too tight, and the pin would not click all the way . If I go back, they'll probably fix my leg; maybe, even the way I want them too. It'll take five months, though... And they'll make thousands of dollars in the process! Tamra and her staff are true professionals. The evaluation was comprehensive, easy to understand, and they gave me options to relieve my pain. Checkin was easy, a FD at checkout the team gave me an overview what to expect from insurance. I walked away feeling great and satisfied.
