This is the worst clinic the VA has ever sent me to! First I waited a year for a knee brace and never got a good one. Now they sent me there for shoe inserts and those are all messed up to. I really, truly hate Hanger clinic!

Beware! I have been dealing with this place for three years now for shoe inserts and can only write about getting inserts from them. Absolutley a nightmare dealing with this place every time! It literally takes many months and multiple visits in an attempt to get correct inserts, which they are happy to charge the VA for, but not deliver. I cannot UNrecommend the Hangar Clinic enough. Not only did they NOT give me what the doctor prescribed, they didn’t refund me and took the inserts they incorrectly made. So I didn’t get any inserts and I am out $250. They are not returning my phone calls and are not even returning my doctor phone calls. DO NOT USE THE HANGAR CLINIC! Beware!
