First and foremost I want to thank the front desk Especially Ana she was very detailed in explaining how my process would go! She took the time and patience to help me feel confident and comfortable prior to me steeping foot at their office. (Ana is phenomenal) Secondly I would like to thank the amazing staff they have! The people that work at these locations are amazing. I go for my Diabetes inserts. I’ve worked with Rodney in the past and again this year. Just recently I worked with Krystal. They are both amazing people and have helped me tremendously. They tell you they’re gonna take care of stuff and they do what they say. I recently had a problem from my insurance and doctors office because approval was needed. Krystal went the extra mile to make sure the paperwork got were it. needed to go.
