I want to shout out Chris he deserves 100,000 stars. We know medical system is overwhelming for both patients and clinicians, and it takes a toll on everyone. Chris was incredibly kind, caring, and patient when I called with a lot of questions (sometimes repeating myself )or feeling a bit all over the place. My daughter had to get fitted for a hip brace, everyone there went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and would get this on the same day due to insurance being a problem and putting us in a position of urgency. The receptionist spent hours on the phone trying to get through to the insurance company. When she finally got through the frustration of explaining things to priority health was another level. The staff at the Michigan St office went above and beyond helping my daughter. I’ve never been treated kinder by a front desk staff and Anthony our fitter was amazing and a huge blessing!! Will recommend Hanger and specifically this office to all my friends. Thank you!
I went to hanger to have a lift added to my shoe. I went to the clinic in a a Byron Center. My husband.has also been to this clinic. The staff very friendly and the care is excellent. I saw Denny for my appointment. He is so kind , friendly and helpful. My husband also had excellent service. I highly recommend them.
10-23-2024 I went to an appointment on 10-15-2024, at Hangers my orthopedic doctor Mahajan sent me too, the stuff are nice but I felt like Tony that fitted me for the brace was not listening to me or my concerns with my pain and injury to my knee but being more persistent on their knee brace they had not the one I had done research on because the brace that he showed me was basically similar to the one I already had, but the brace he gave me there & got fitted as well is causing me more pain & causing to pinch some part of m... read more
