Awful! The lady at the front desk is no help whatsoever, and definitely needs a new line of work. My husband took his brace in for new straps and was told that his brace is a shelf brace and they cannot help him. This brace cost him 1000.00 out of pocket, then his insurance paid and involved them casting his leg to get the right impressions, so how is this a "shelf" brace? If it is then we will have to prove fraud for the cost! I do NOT recommend.
