We’ve gotten a few SMOs for our daughter over the years. I would say the first time was a good experience, the guy came out to the house to take the order and measurements. The downside for us has been that whenever we needed something fix, like the Velcro often wears out fairly quick and usually needs to replace before getting fit for a new pair, the guys told us numerous times that it should be no problem but come to find out this was a lie.
