I had the best experience at the Hanger clinic in Hot Springs. I was seen very quickly and the staff was so friendly and helpful, especially Jayce at the check in desk. She made me feel so comfortable and cared for when I was in pain. As crazy as it sounds, I would sprain my wrist all over again just to go visit with her. I would give Hanger Hot Springs 10 stars if I could!
Terrible customer service. Can’t get any answers. Employees act as if their hands are tied. The blonde woman behind the counter seems to care more about her looks than helping any customer. If you’re looking for a headache this is the place to go.
