I love the staff and personnel at the location on 223 S Herlong Ave., Suite 110, Rock Hill, SC. Dorothea at the front desk is always so friendly and helpful. Also, Terry has helped my father so much with the adjustments to the prosthesis and the care and encouragement he gives him. Thank you all so much for making this journey a whole lot easier.
Call 4 minutes before apt to cancel cause the items weren't in......pathetic!!!!
I was referred by the VA. I had an amazing experience. Both the initial consultation, being fitted for the orthotics, and pick up were quick and everyone was very helpful and friendly. At both of my appointments, I had to bring my grandchildren, and they were welcomed and included.
