Emma has been amazing. We were nervous about the cranial helmet at first, but Emma made us feel alot more comfortable. She also gave her email out, so if any problems or questions came up we could contact her directly. When we emailed she was always nice and made us feel better. She was always very welcoming, and when we had to bring the babies brother, she was very patient!
Our 5 year old broke his humerus bone and was in so much pain. After our initial ER visit with a different hospital we went in search for an orthopedic with knowledge for our young ones particular situation. Emma at Hanger Clinic went above and beyond to care for our little man. She was gentle, caring and modified a beautiful clam shell brace for him. UPDATE: 7-29-24: since I sustained the injury in midJuly, saw my shoulder surgeon & he did a stat MRI. Supraspinatus has high-grade tear, infraspinatus has low-grade tear. My jaw hurts. I had to get cervical x-rays, but I couldn’t get a timely cervical appointment At Upstate. So, my shoulder surgeon ordered cervical x-rays for me. I was able to send the cervical x-rays to the NYC Dr Who did my spine fusions who saw my shoulder MRI.
