In April (2025) Shana put in required documents with my insurance company for another socket. My insurance company told me the request for a new socket was approved on April 15,2025. Well, here we are June 23,2025, Hangar Clinic has no record of the approval. Someone "lost" the approval, so here I am, I can't hardly walk due to the pain in my stump from the amputation, all because someone "lost" the approval. Great place to get your feet in order with the insoles that make you light as a feather.
love this place. my daughter has been getting leg and hand braces since she was a baby here. we currently see mrs. Amanda and shes amazing, also the lady at the front desk is friendly and sweet every time we go!
I've had no problems at all with the Hanger Clinic. Courteous and professional staff. Been there for back brace and shoe inserts. Very satisfied.
