EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE! I spent over two months trying to get an appointment, struggling to get the necessary paperwork filled out by my mother’s doctor, only to be told at the end that Hanger Clinic doesn’t bill insurance. My mother was charged out-of-pocket for the shoes despite all the effort to meet their requirements with no explanation. Worst customer service ever. I called 2 weeks ago and left a message for an appt. No one bothered to call back. I just called again. Now I can’t get in for another 3 weeks and they have no record of my previous message. They also rarely answer the phone.

The worst customer service Oxford location never open when the hours are listed. Also calling only gets a generic message center very hard to get and if ever accomplish that to call to change or update. I would say avoid at all costs
