Excellent customer service Got my new afo. Was told if any adjustments were needed they would take care of it. Had to go back, got me in right away Very professional people
They go out of their way to help me , always smiling and happy , very knowledgeable. I’ve had a right leg prosthetic almost 20 years and it’s nice to be able to go somewhere and feel comfortable and Know they know what’s they are doing .
They know their stuff,and very professional
They have a scheduling problem at Eustis at The Villages. Every single appointment I make they call back day of and ask me to reschedule it due to a various issue. Then they are rude about it when you tell them no.
This place is a TOTAL RIP OFF. I am a disabled Vietnam Veteran. Thay OVERCHARGE the V.A. when you sign for the bill you don't get the final page with the price unless you ask for it.
