Do NOT go here. Scheduler there is very rude, and they don’t ever seem to have appointments. I needed diabetic shoes badly but she wouldn’t work with me. I am constrained by an upcoming heart surgery which didn’t matter to her. So I am unable to return shoes I received there and will have to eat the cost, also endangering my feet.
I had a great experience at Hanger, not only is the clinic neat, clean and up to date the receptionist was friendly; Brian was great, professional, efficient and easy to talk to. Brian went far and beyond to make sure my brace was a good fit and comfortable. I would definitely recommend Hanger.
I am a medical provider and used this orthotics company for my daughter's splint after a hand fracture. They are extremely professional, helpful, and well priced. I highly recommend them for all of your splint/orthotic needs.
Beware, Brian has no idea what he is doing. He was shaking when he took measurements for my husband's boot which ultimately landed him in the hospital. He didn't remember us coming in only 3 weeks previously. His receptionist is awesome and knows her stuff, Brian, not so much.
