I am a medical provider and used this orthotics company for my daughter's splint after a hand fracture. They are extremely professional, helpful, and well priced. I highly recommend them for all of your splint/orthotic needs.
Beware, Brian has no idea what he is doing. He was shaking when he took measurements for my husband's boot which ultimately landed him in the hospital. He didn't remember us coming in only 3 weeks previously. His receptionist is awesome and knows her stuff, Brian, not so much.

Terrible customer service! Was fitted for shoes and inserts over 4 months ago. After numerous phone calls with only one response telling me of the shoe delay, I went today to the office. Asked just inserts since shoes reportedly have still not arrived. Was told after FOUR MONTHS that the paperwork from my doctor was not complete. How can this level of incompetence stay in business?!?
