Hanger clinic is a terrible place. The people that work there are liars. They built me a prosthetic and would not release it to me. I missed one appointment and they canceled all of my appointments. Victoria was condescending and didn't treat me with any respect. Same goes for the rest of the people who work there. Then I went to a different Hanger clinic to find better people and asked the people in Rochester to ship the prosthetic there. The only thing they shipped was the socket. I have been going to this Hanger for 13 years. I have always gotten what I needed. I have never been let down. The staff are knowledgeable, ready to listen, and ready to help with any challenge that arises.

We the orthodics u make for us, BUT will u please have Hanger Corporate improve the wifi??? My awesome developmentally delayed child expects to watch YouTube during his appointment. But wifi is very poor, will you kindly improve your wifi, so my son does not dread future appointments? Thanks Mom
Can’t speak for anyone else, but this Hangar Clinic did a great job getting my new leg fitted. Tori helped get me setup with a new leg and even when the first one didn’t work for me, she was more than helpful and patient getting me into what I am comfortable with. As far as prosthetists go, Tori is at the top of her field. Even thou there’s a Hangar in Minneapolis and only 10min away, I drive down to Rochester cuz I know she, and the staff can get me taken care of. I have three words for her work. FAN, TAS, TICK!
