My sister was measured for a brace 12/11. As of of 12/20, they have still not ordered the brace knowing her orthopedist wanted her to have it immediately. They claim they are waiting on Medicare which is A BIG FAT LIE!!!! My sister called Medicare to try and speed up the process and Hangar NEVER contacted Medicare to get the brace ordered!!
