Took my daughter to get measurements and her braces ordered, when it was time to take her back to the clinic to have the braces put on they kept calling me to reschedule. This is so unprofessional
Amanda gave me part of my life back! Because of her I walk straight, no limping or wobbling, my hips, aren't popping. She knows her stuff. She has a wonderful personality, and kindness about her along with her Cara who checks you in, this is a rarity You both are the best, I so look forward to coming there again. Cara at the front desk and Ben are extremely helpful and excellent at follow up. They are very responsive to issues, esp when you get a new prosthesis.
I came to Hangar Clinic from a private prosthetist in TEXAS. I was in the completely wrong leg/foot. I worked with Ben (prosthetist) and Cara (reception) in Salisbury and I could not be happier. They got me into my new leg/foot very quickly and made the whole insurance thing a breeze. I think I'd be happy if these were my employees. I've met different receptionist and other employees over the years. They have always been very pleasant, helpful and consistent in making sure the product I need, is comfortable and to my satisfaction. Including any adjustments that I felt were needed, everything, is done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this facility to veterans and anyone in need of these type services.
