Excellent location for custom shoes and prosthetics. The staff is friendly, professional, and caring.
Avoid Hanger Clinic on Geary Street!! It breaks my heart to write this negative review after 20+ years with Hanger. My negative experience is from 2024 to the present. The females at the front are not decent human beings and should be banned from having any interactions with the general public. They lack basic phone & in-person etiquette skills. All the “clinicians” seen so far are Residents (students). For my particular need, these students were young and nice but lacked the competency, I mean career experience, to assist w... read more
I don't recommend using them. Always have problems with the receptionists & the technicians don't help either. I've been waiting for help from them for several months. The temporary prosthetic sleeve they gave me is causing a rash & is painful...
Last thing I ever, ever like to do is leave a negative review, especially with a company you’ve dealt with for 20 years. Well today I break that rule, what’s sad was I was stoked because I was given an appointment mid November and asked to speak to the office… the amazing Manager gave me an appointment same day!
