Very bad experience. Hangar main office confirmed that they received my doctor’s referral and explained that I need to be seen by their clinician first before they can request for an authorization from my insurance. When I got to Hangar SF clinic for my appointment, they said their process had changed. The office said they cannot find my referral but later found it. The receptionist said, my doctor has to request for authorization from my insurance but I can still be seen by a clinician that morning. My appt was at 11:30, at... read more

I have had consistently terrific experiences for several years with Hanger Clinic. The staff is uniformly courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful, from the receptionist, to the billing person, and the clinicians. Li Dai is the consummate professional.
