Wish I could give a zero. Just called trying to move an appointment. I thought I was getting an answering machine and was waiting for the beep then the call ended so I called back and was waiting for the beep to leave a message. We'll then I hear a "hello" at this point I was confused so I said "hello" Well the next thing i hear is "I'm not going to say hello again".
