Went there 1st time and everything was great. Told me I needed a foot brace. Waited 2-3 weeks for the brace and I go there and guess what??? They didn’t have my size in stock. I was told by the office manager that someone prior to me could have taken the last one , etc…. I asked why don’t they just ask you on your intake forms for your shoe size and these type of things would not happen. They had no answer for me. I had to have my foot amputated. My surgeon recommended i go to Hanger and ask for Addam Griner. I did....Addam made a prosthetic leg for me and said I would be able to walk again. 1 year of physical therapy i was still using a cane and having pain in my limb. My physical therapist kept telling me what to ask Addam on my next visit to him. Multiple times.....multiple times I was told "it's fine". So my therapist started texting and emailing him herself.
