I brought my aunt to town for a few weeks to help her recover from hip replacement surgery. Her physical therapist in Paris recommended visiting Hanger Clinic for a new sock to help with her prosthetic leg. I was immediately helped by when I walked in the door; Mark even came out to the car to talk to my aunt so she wouldn’t have to struggle in and out. Update: Today my son’s pediatrician’s office called the Texarkana branch to see about getting my son in with them. They told them the reason I haven’t heard back from Paris was because they don’t take our insurance. So instead of telling me that or giving me the option to pay out of pocket, they chose to lie and then dodge me for months. Wasting months and causing my son unnecessary pain.
