This company in general is a scam. They acted as though they filed an insurance claim for my son's leg braces in December, and they did not. I just confirmed with my insurance company. What they did was wait until January to actually file the claim, which means a new year and everything starts over, making it to where I have to pay more because now the deductible in the new year hasn't been met, but they took my money in December. Calling to make an appointment. Hours shown as 8am - 5pm. It's after 8 and the answering service is answering. It's now almost 10am and the answering service is still answering. Unprofessional...Not a good sign. Update: There is no need to email. My review is self-explanatory. If the hours of operation are 8am - 5pm, why is the answering service still on 2 hours after opening? I will take my business elsewhere. I would not expect much better from actually doing business with this location.
This place is excellent...from the front desk to the ladies who work with your personal issues. Delana is awesome! She answered all my questions and explained things in a way that I could understand. If I ever needed to call her, she returned my call in a timely manner. (she gets bonus points for studying at GaTech!!) Following my foot surgery, I called her because I was experiencing pain in BOTH feet while power walking. She suggested shoes that were specifically made for those who use orthotics.
