Need to purchase a sock .the lady would not sell me one AND HAD NO IDEA WHERE I COULD BUY ONE
Everyone at the clinic are helpful and friendly; a comfortable and relaxed environment. I am so happy with my knee brace! I am surprised at the good quality of the brace, and it works so well, almost as if it is part of me. I can walk so much better, and the fit and support of the brace is amazing. Wanda , 70 . Needed ankle brace . Gor set up and made t hy spent 15 min maybe and out the door .would not fit right tore her ankle up .went back after a mounth getting an appointment . They made a design to fix it and we have never seen it since. Phone answered once to ck on it , not ready. Started in August, now it is Dec . Going on first next year. It's payed for an has been. Just called no answere . We are old and up set .
Don't bother with this place. My uncle had issues here and so did I. The guy had NO idea how to setup or assist with ponsetti boots and bar . Was setting it up backwards and didn't even have baby measures when they knew on advanced how old my son was . It's a shame because we live close but travel to Lancaster where they know what they're doing.
1 star because of the receptionist, Crystal. I drove 1.5 hours to my appointment just for her to rudely tell me that she “tried” to call me and reschedule my appointment. She never tried calling me back or leaving me a voicemail. She didn’t cancel my appointment in the computer system, so two days before my appointment I still got a confirmation text and email.
