Won't recommend this place for senior citizens with a legit foot problem that needs help from Medicaid with a supplemental health insurance (if applicable). Very low support for a whole lot of senior citizens.
They couldn't find a pair of shoes that fit me. After several attempts it seemed like they were upset at me for knowing if a shoe fit me properly or not. Some of their solutions was to glue padding on the inside that started coming off the first time I put the shoe on. I shouldn't be made to feel like I am an inconvenience for saying that a shoe doesn't fit me properly. I jist want a secure shoe that doesn't cause blisters but fits where my foot doesn't move around inside of it.
Very high level customer service with providers who are experts in prosthetic orthotics too well above average patient experience six stars
Outstanding job Jeff and Carla are great. It’s wonderful to see them. My knee brace fits like a charm and feels great. Thanks guys for a job well done. See ya in a couple weeks for my other brace. 👍🏿
