I, Cindy Trandai, had the pleasure of working with Jacob Calvert for my prosthetic, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Horrible customer service. Woman at front desk is not pleasant. I call and am connected to front desk reception about 30% of the time. The other 70% of the time, I am routes to a call center that takes messages and relays them to Hanger Clinic. I left message with answering service requesting an appointment be scheduled for my follow up appointment, so that Richard could make adjustments. I provide my availability. The service was terrible. Got a rude awakening from the receptionist who answered. I was referred here to get diabetic insole but had a hard time getting an appointment. Then when I got in they wanted to sell shoes with the insole. They should have explained it in the beginning. Then tried calling them back and the answering service kicked in.
