Professional and personal, that's how I would describe my view of the personnel at Hanger Clinic. There was little wait, the staff was very friendly and they accomplished what I needed to get done in a timely manner. The facility was clean and neat. I don't know how it gets any better than that!
Office is clean and the only two on staff are courteous and professional. Very little wait time to be seen.
Great experience. I have worn knee braces for over 25 years due to a grossly disfigured knee. I was expecting the usual knee brace off the shelf that I would modify and add to in order to be comfortable as I have in the past. These guys were patient and kind and actually listened to what I need. After digital fitting, which was amazing compared to previous experiences of casting or measuring, I recieved without a doubt the best fitting most comfortable brace I've ever worn.
