I wish I could give them ZERO stars - DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. The clinicians are FANTASTIC, but the billing aspect of this company is a NIGHTMARE. They will lie to you and say you have prior authorization and you do not. They will say they submitted your claim to insurance, but they take MONTHS to do it - or will lie and say it's submitted when it's not. There are much better options in town - don't use this one.
