Staff was very professional and efficient.
I highly recommend that nobody go to this place. I wanted an orthotic after a fractured left my left leg about one half inch shorter than my right leg. They made several orthotic, all of which looked shoddy and did not fit inside my shoe. After the trhird attempt i asked for a refund. They gave me a very hard time and only agreed to give me a refund after I threatened to report them. It took about six weeks to get the refund. In my opinion, they were neither professional not honest.
The worst clinic and a waste of time, this office and the clerk that works there named Mercedes have been giving my father and his doctor the run around for 5 months. Everytime we hand in the paper work they say something is wrong or missing in paperwork when my father and his doctor did everything they asked. They don't seem to care and never respond, worst customer service and waste of time. Do yourself a favor and don't go there waste of time.
