I would recommend going to any other location than this. Twice we have been cancelled on and the first time the tech who was certified to fit my child's orthotics left early and the tech there could not fit her. Then they booked us another appt. only to get a call that he's not available. Although I have two voicemails from his stating that he would be there. You have to park blocks away now due to construction and their desire to leave early around holidays instead of keeping appointments is absolutely unacceptable. I would... read more

I originally had a below the knee amputation of my right leg in June 2024. However, apparently there were some loose nerves on the outside of my leg and the original prosthetic was hitting the nerves so I couldn't wear it. The staff at Hanger arranged for me to have a TMR surgery at the end of January 2025 where the surgeon bundled the nerves and buried them in the muscle so they weren't on the outside of my leg anymore.
