I was treated very professionally and was very satisfied with the work . Everything was tailored to my specifications and everything was adjusted perfectly , I am so thankful for the opportunity I had to visit this clinic . Terrible service. Staff is rude
The lady at reception didn't even acknowledge the fact that I walked through the door and remained on a personal phone call for several minutes. Then, once she finally got off of the call, she still didn't acknowledge my presence, not even a hello! I waited patiently for another five minutes for her to bother and finally stood up to stare at her. Pretty poor customer service. A simple "hello, be right with you" is the bare minimum anyone should be able to do.
Hanger clinic was recommended to me by my orthopedic physician. I needed orthotics for my extreme pronation/flat feet. The clinic personnel were very friendly, very knowledgeable. Appointments were efficient. I have only been wearing the orthotics for one day and they are very comfortable. One ankle had been swelling badly, and already it is better. I would definitely recommend this clinic
