I wasnt acknowledged when I walked in. Then I was asked if I had brought my other brace with me. I was never told to bring it. She then said well Medicare won't pay for another one. So I wasted my time and gas. She was not professional at all.

I worked with Gilbert at the Frankfort, IL office, and he went above and beyond to assist with my foot/ankle brace for a traumatic, unrepairable posterior tibial tendon rupture. Gilbert took his time, thoroughly examining how the brace was made and fitted to my foot and ankle. He ensured I could adjust the strap properly to keep it secure and prevent any flapping.
