My parents and I had a great experience at this business. Gilbert was kind, knowledgeable and compassionate while fitting my dad for a back brace. They were able to schedule us and get us in the same day. We were thrilled to have possible pain relief for him so quickly. We thank you for your help!
I worked with Gilbert at the Frankfort, IL office, and he went above and beyond to assist with my foot/ankle brace for a traumatic, unrepairable posterior tibial tendon rupture. Gilbert took his time, thoroughly examining how the brace was made and fitted to my foot and ankle. He ensured I could adjust the strap properly to keep it secure and prevent any flapping.
