Rebecca is amazing. She took the time with my child and really addressed our concerns. The facility did try to get the orthotics approved by my insurance. Insurance denied so never went back but I am so thankful for Rebecca!
I absolutely loved, loved, LOVED working with Rebecca! She made me feel heard, seen and understood what I wanted. She pushed me out of my comfort zone to try something new. Something she knew would benefit me now and in the long run. I have been an amputee all my life (literally since age 3) and no other Dr. was able to make me feel as good in my new prosthetic than what Rebecca did. We had the pleasure to have Rebecca Cook to help our daughter w a rare syndrome get smo’s, AFOs, hand gloves and something to help w scoliosis AND REBECCA went above and beyond in care! took the time to get to know us and our needs, but also consulted with her occupational therapist over the phone to discuss her goals for the equipment and how to best use it for my daughter. I’ve never met a doctor that cares is so invested in each of her patients. I would definitely recommend even if we is drive. Amazing person!!
