They had a chance to make it right and still chose not to. Doesn’t do any good to turn them into BBB. You can tell this happens all the time because of the way they respond on BBB blanket we will look into it then blanket it has been looked into. They have been the worst experience in healthcare I have had and I have had 6 surgeries on my foot in a year and a half. If you have an opportunity to go anywhere else. Please do it for you on sake. It is just an absolute nightmare dealing with them

The administrative staff is very, very unprofessional. They use exclusion, avoidance, and excuses as part of their unprofessional behavior to make someone go elsewhere. It’s a very common problem in the Sacramento region. Unprofessionally managed businesses have these types of employees.
