I recently visited for a new ankle brace and couldn't be happier with the service. The office administration was helpful with the paperwork and very professional. The clinician was fantastic—they really listened to my concerns and made sure I felt comfortable with the braces before I left. Kylie was extremely helpful and It’s clear this team cares about their patients!
My elderly mother just got off the phone with a "supervisor" named Cielo. My mother was treated so disrespectfully and the woman on the line was extremely rude. Her tone of voice and harsh remarks were uncalled for. I know it's right after Christmas and just before Ney Year's Day but my poor mother does not deserve to be treated this way after a bad fall and breaking two bones. This employee had zero compassion. I called to scheduled and an appointment and to ask a question. The lady put me on hold. I was on hold for so long it sent me to the answering service. They then took my information told me they would be giving me a call back. It’s been a week and still haven’t heard back.
